$250,000-$350,00 base pay
depending on experience

As mentioned below, selling doctor produced $1.5 million 4 days a week, ($1.5M X 0.35%=$525,000).
$20,000 signing bonus
($10,000 at first pay period, second $10,000 12 months later)

We are winning in our town because we easily beat the small offices with our service and marketing, but also because we easily beat the corporate offices with our patient care.
We DO NOT overtreat people. We are in the relationship business, and we care very much about what our patients think of us. Hello Doctor!
My name is Dr. Matt McLaughlin, and I am the owner of Oakmont Family Dental. We are a busy and thriving general dentistry practice with a mindset of “meet the needs of the patient first, and growth will come.” There are many things about our practice that I am proud of, one is that we have NEVER had a doctor leave except to move away with their spouse. We hire them, and they want to stay!
As I said before, I think that there are plenty of great reasons that our doctors are happy working with us. We take care of you because we know that we are in the relationship business, and our patients love their dentists! We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package, with plenty of positive office culture to make the workplace fun. We also enjoy the business of dentistry, meaning that we take care of marketing, billing, insurance, hiring, ordering…etc. We want our dentists to be happy driving into work and love taking care of patients alongside our amazing staff.

We have new dentists straight from dental school or residency, and we have dentists that have over a decade of experience in other offices. All of them agree, this is a great group to be a part of.
Now, you may be asking the question “is this a general or pediatric dentistry clinic?” The answer is simple. We currently have 9 general dentists serving our patients, many of whom have families with children. We have always been happy to take care of children at our office, but we know that a pediatric dentist would be better! We want our patients to get the BEST care possible, and we know that the skills and expertise a pediatric dentist brings will provide this! We are in the process of purchasing a very successful and long-standing pediatric practice in our community with patients already scheduled months in advance! We want to grow this pediatric practice because we want to continue being the best “family” dental office in our community.
